1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

2. Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Handmade and made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which is noted on the product page.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
• We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified value, as indicated on our website.
• Any applicable taxes are included as per prevailing rates.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking ID and a link via email or SMS so you can follow your package every step of the way.

5. Serviceable Areas

We currently deliver across India to most serviceable pin codes through our trusted courier partners. If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout or by our support team.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control — including weather, strikes, regional restrictions, courier disruptions or peak-season volumes. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed.

7. Failed or Returned Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping may incur additional charges. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.

8. International Shipping

At present, we primarily ship within India. International shipping, where available, may be subject to additional charges, customs duties and longer delivery timelines. Please contact us for international order enquiries.
