1. Overview
At Sanskriti Ecommerce Private Limited, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, this policy explains how you can return eligible items and receive a refund or exchange.
2. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted, except in the case of damaged or defective products.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags, labels and accessories intact.
- Accompanied by the order confirmation or invoice.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety and the handmade nature of our products, the following are generally not eligible for return:
- Customised, personalised or made-to-order items.
- Earrings and certain personal-care or intimate products.
- Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance.
- Products damaged due to misuse after delivery.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Request
Contact our support team within the return window with your order ID and reason.
Approval
We'll review and confirm your eligibility, then share return instructions.
Pickup / Ship
We arrange a pickup or guide you to ship the item back safely.
Inspection & Refund
Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange is processed.
6. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, though your bank may take additional time to reflect it.
- Original shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
7. Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or variant, subject to availability. If an exchange isn't possible, we'll issue a refund or store credit instead.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return under this policy.
9. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
